## Slide 1 — Cover / Title
- Company name + logo
- One-line description of what you do (a stranger should get it instantly)
- Contact: your name, email, website
- Example one-liner: "[Company] — the [category] that [core benefit] for [customer]."

## Slide 2 — Problem
- The specific, painful problem you solve
- Who has it and how often
- What it costs them today (time, money, risk)
- Prompt: "Today, [customer] has to [painful status quo], which costs [quantified pain]."

## Slide 3 — Solution
- How your product solves the problem, in one clear sentence
- The core value — not a feature list
- Prompt: "[Product] lets [customer] [outcome] without [old pain]."

## Slide 4 — Product
- 2–3 screenshots or a short demo flow
- Show the core "aha" moment
- Optional: a simple diagram of how it works

## Slide 5 — Market Size
- TAM / SAM / SOM, built bottom-up
- Formula: (# of target customers) × (annual contract value) = TAM
- Prompt: "[N] [customers] × [$ ACV] = [$ TAM]."

## Slide 6 — Business Model
- How you make money (subscription, transaction, usage, etc.)
- Pricing and who pays
- Unit economics: gross margin, ACV
- Prompt: "We charge [$] per [unit]; [X]% gross margin."

## Slide 7 — Traction
- Your single strongest proof point
- Revenue / MRR, growth rate, users, retention, notable logos
- A clean "up and to the right" chart
- Prompt: "[$ MRR], +[X]% MoM for [N] months, [Y]% retention."

## Slide 8 — Go-to-Market
- How you acquire customers repeatably
- Channels, CAC, and payback period
- Why the motion compounds over time
- Prompt: "[Channel] drives [result]; CAC [$], payback [N] months."

## Slide 9 — Competition
- Who else solves this and how you win
- A 2x2 positioning grid or feature matrix
- Never claim you have no competitors — name the status quo
- Prompt: "Unlike [competitor], we [differentiator]."

## Slide 10 — Team
- Why you are the team to win this market
- Founder–market fit, relevant wins, key hires
- Photos + one-line credentials
- Prompt: "[Founders], previously [credential]; [key hires]."

## Slide 11 — The Ask
- How much you are raising and at what stage
- What the round buys: the milestones it unlocks
- Prompt: "Raising [$] for [N] months of runway to reach [milestone]."
